  • draft job descriptions and specifications and determine exempt vs. nonexempt status under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
  • contact vendors to set up local accounts for pre-employment and post-injury drug screenings
  • reference library for management and supervisory training, employee development and workplace compliance training
